Libertas employees started training in Croatian sign language

Recognizing the importance and need for knowledge of the language, manners and communication skills in the performance of its activities, Libertas Dubrovnik, in cooperation with the Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Zagreb and the Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Dubrovnik, launched several weeks of training for its employees who are in daily contact with users of transport services.

It is a continuation of the education project for Libertas employees, which aims to raise the level of quality of services that affect the overall tourist product and destination.

The education itself is organized in such a way that through the workshops of members of the Croatian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Zagreb and members of the Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Dubrovnik, participants are provided with the necessary knowledge of sign language as well as the necessary communication skills that are applicable in multiple ways in a destination like Dubrovnik.
