Attach a confirmation document if you have not previously submitted a confirmation form for the requested type of ticket ( school or academic year).

If you have lost your monthly bus pass and it was valid for the current month, please state this in a note. If you have chosen a student card, please state the name of the University in the note.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices of services displayed on the website are expressed in € and include VAT. The prices of the products include the costs of delivery to the Libertas point of sale indicated in the request for the production of a demonstration ticket.
The production of the ordered ticket must be paid for at the time of collection at the place of purchase indicated on the request for the production of the ticket.
An invoice for the monthly ticket will be issued upon purchase.
After a proper request for a ticket has been received and the card has been made, we will deliver it to the point of sale that is indicated in the request. The photo attached to the application for the monthly bus pass must be in .jpg format, dimensions: 3.7 x 4.7 cm and it must not be older than 6 months. If it turns out that there is some ambiguity in the request, Libertas will contact the applicant in order to eliminate the ambiguities. If it is not possible to get in touch with the applicant or if the ambiguities cannot be resolved even after contacting the applicant, the card making procedure will not be initiated. When taking over monthly bus pass, it is necessary to hand over a copy of the identity card to an employee located at the point of sale, in order to unambiguously confirm the identity of the user of the monthly bus pass.
If the user of the monthly/yearly bus is in one of the privileged categories, upon taking over their bus pass, they need to present or hand over a copy of the appropriate document in accordance with the terms of the price list proving the status of the beneficiary of the privileged card to an employee located at the point of sale.
The delivery time of the ticket is 2-5 working days from the day of submitting the proper application.

Libertas is legally obligated to provide a response to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. LIBERTAS-DUBROVNIK d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The business conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the trader and the consumer will resolve the dispute amicably, and if this is not possible, the court in Dubrovnik has regular jurisdiction.
